"Timeless" describes the experience of a timeless dimension of being. Inspired by the idea that humans can connect with nature in the creative act and consciously immerse themselves in it, Xie Xin embarks on a choreographic journey with the dancers of the Hessian State Ballet and their team. This journey is deeply rooted in Chinese philosophy and painting. Xie's movement language is characterized by a soft, flowing form that creates a landscape of bodies in a breathing stage world through impulsive group formations.

Simultaneously concentrated and energetic, duets, trios, and quartets form, dissolve into individual solos, and repeatedly re - form into a unified whole. Alternating between elasticity and elegance, the choreography has a sensuous and almost ethereal effect. Driven by an inner impulse, the dancers seek a connection with each other and the surrounding world, guided by the life - energy Xi. Here, it is less about the external presentation of dance aesthetics and more about drawing a calligraphic body image, in which, in the spirit of Chinese painting, the human being becomes the painting they intend to depict. It is a matter of painting with the heart and recalling a rootedness in nature.
